You've laid asphalt. You've run crews. You've fixed problems on site that nobody else knew how to solve. Now you're looking for a company that actually values that.

We're looking for someone who's done the work, knows the trade, and wants to build something bigger than just a job.

We value people who figure things out. Google it. YouTube it. Use AI. Whatever you need to do to solve the problem and get the job done. We'll give you the tools and the freedom to work that way, because that mindset is exactly what this role needs.

About the Role

We're hiring a Foreman who's hands-on, experienced in asphalt, and ready to take ownership of how work gets done. You'll work closely with the GM and owners to run day-to-day operations, lead crews, and help shape how we deliver for our clients.

This isn't a desk job. You'll be on the tools, making decisions, and solving problems on site. But we need someone who thinks like an owner and sees this as a career, not just a seasonal gig. We use technology and systems that most pavement companies don't -- if you're curious and adaptable, this is the right fit.

We want someone who brings their own knowledge to the table, challenges how we do things, and helps us get better.

What You'll Do

  • Lead field crews on commercial pavement maintenance jobs across Hamilton, Niagara, and the GTA
  • Plan and execute asphalt repairs: pothole patching, cut and replace, crack filling, repaving, excavation, catch basin work
  • Coordinate daily scheduling, crew assignments, equipment prep, and materials
  • Train team members on techniques, safety, and quality standards
  • Communicate with clients on-site as the face of the company
  • Work with the GM on operations planning, scoping, and estimating
  • Help develop processes and systems as the company scales

Must-Haves

  • 2+ years experience in asphalt paving, repair, or related pavement work
  • Hands-on experience with pothole repair, cut and replace, crack filling, repaving, excavation, and catch basin work
  • Experience operating skid steers, plate compactors, saw cutters, and rollers
  • Comfortable working with trailers and dump trailers
  • Valid G licence with a clean driver's record (non-negotiable)
  • Ability to lead a crew and work with minimal supervision
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable using technology -- we use digital tools for scheduling, reporting, and operations that are always evolving
  • Physically able to perform demanding outdoor work in all weather

Nice-to-Haves

  • Concrete repair experience
  • Experience managing or mentoring a team
  • Familiarity with commercial property maintenance
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • DZ licence (asset, not required)

Why EverLine?

  • Clear path to grow -- you're stepping into a role vacated by a promotion
  • Work directly with the GM and owners who are invested in your success
  • Quality field work backed by technology and systems that set us apart
  • Seasonal role with a strong path to year-round employment
  • We're passionate about what we're building and want someone who shares that energy
Compensation: $0.30 - $0.40 per hour
